Children under 12 do not require a ticket however, they must be accompanied by a paying adult. 

Please note that under 12s are granted general access only, this does not include access to the catwalk and VIP areas.

Bronze, Silver, and Gold tickets are for one day only, as specified on your ticket purchase. Platinum & Diamond tickets are valid for both days.

Silver: Q-Jump entry into the London Muslim Shopping Festival, the Halal Dining Show and the Muslim Travel Show. This allows access to VIP areas.

Yes. However, these are subject to availability and online purchases are sold at a discounted price. 

There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.

Some exhibitors may accept cards, however, we recommend you bring cash with you on the day.

Yes. Venue cloakrooms for Excel London are open during event hours (subject to availability). The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0. Please note that this is outside of the London Muslim Shopping Festival hall.
